Newmoshine was founded in March 2009, with its headquarters located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, and the manufacturing base in Yizhang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. For more than 16 years, the company has been deeply committed to the research, development, production, and sales of camera modules. The current product range is extensive, covering various types of camera modules such as MIPI/DVP/USB/AHD/Global shutter.

Mr. Roger, the founder of the company, previously worked in original company of CMOS sensors like Pixelplus and Galaxycore, amassing rich industry experience and extensive professional connections. Currently, the company's annual sales volume is approximately 300 million RMB, with an operating area exceeding 10,000 square meters and a workforce of over 500 employees.

The company has established a sound ISO9001 quality management system and a rigorous R & D management process. The factory is equipped with a class-100 dust-free workshop of over 1,000 square meters, class-1000 dust-free assembly workshop of over 3,000 square meters, 10 YAMAHA machines in the SMT workshop, and 66 assembly lines.

Our products are widely used in mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, POS machines, scanners, laptops and other fields. We have established long - term and stable cooperative relationships with internationally renowned enterprises such as TECNO, FOXCONN, ZTE, LG, LAVA, and NOKIA. Moreover, the company has sales offices in Seoul, South Korea, Osaka, Japan, and Noida, India. We sincerely look forward to establishing deeper and more sustainable partnerships with customers at home and abroad.

Office

Our headquarters office is located in Shenzhen, while the manufacturing base is situated in Yizhang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. In our Shenzhen office, we have assembled a professional and efficient team, consisting of 13 experienced salespersons who can keenly identify customers' needs and provide accurate product introductions and solutions; 12 talented R&D engineers who, with their profound expertise and innovative capabilities, continuously drive product upgrades; 5 meticulous business assistants responsible for handling various business matters to ensure the smooth operation of business processes; and 4 highly skilled after-sales engineers who are always ready to provide timely and effective after-sales support to customers. Our team responds promptly and comprehensively to customers' needs from all aspects, and follows up on customers' orders throughout the process to ensure that the orders are delivered on time, both in terms of quality and quantity.
SMT workshop

We are equipped with advanced automatic solder paste printing machines. Moreover, we have 11 YAMAHA high-precision chip mounters, which, with their excellent performance and precision, can efficiently and accurately complete the chip mounting work. In addition, we have installed 2 high-performance reflow soldering equipment, providing a reliable guarantee for the soldering quality. What's more, we are equipped with a complete range of advanced testing devices to conduct real-time monitoring and maintenance of the production equipment, ensuring that each machine can operate continuously, stably and efficiently, safeguarding both product quality and production efficiency.
Assemble workshop

We possess a Class 100 dust free workshop with a total area of 800 square meters and Class 1000 workshop covering 5000 square meters, providing a high-quality clean environment for product manufacturing. In terms of production equipment, we are equipped with advanced ultrasonic cleaning machines, centrifugal cleaning machines, Holder mount machines, OTP machines, focusing machines, etc., ensuring the precision and efficiency of the production process. In addition, we have set up 60 assembly production lines, which can steadily and rapidly advance production, effectively guaranteeing the timely delivery of customers' products and meeting their needs.
Reliability Lab

Our reliability testing equipment is comprehensive, encompassing a variety of testing items such as salt spray testing, high temperature and high humidity testing, thermal shock testing, bending testing, high voltage electrostatic testing, drum testing, minor drop testing, free fall testing, and RoHS testing. We conduct rigorous regular sampling for reliability testing of products to ensure that they can operate stably and reliably in various complex environments.
Expo

Newmoshine has strategically established sales offices in Japan, South Korea, and India. Each year, it actively participates in a series of exhibitions across these countries, consistently enhancing its market presence. Looking ahead, we are confident that, in the not-too-distant future, Newmoshine will expand its footprint by setting up sales offices in Europe, the United States, and numerous other countries and regions. This expansion aims to facilitate more in-person interactions, allowing us to offer personalized and comprehensive services to our customers, thereby strengthening our commitment to meeting their diverse needs.
